“Mayor Quinto has broken many glass ceilings.  Being the first to break glass ceilings is not easy, but his strong leadership has set a solid foundation for many generations to come,” said Cesar Zepeda, President of Lambda Democratic Club.

The ceremony was held on, Tuesday, December 19th at 7:00 pm at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue, in El Cerrito, California.
